Our leashes/leads are guaranteed for workmanship and durability of normal usage for a lifetime. All you have to do is send the leash back with the sales receipt and it will be repaired or replaced with New. All you have to do is properly maintain your leather leash. The leash will need to be kept clean, and protected from the elements by the use of a quality mink oil or leather dressing.

*Dog breaks your leash we will replace it with new or repair it.

**Note, repairs will only be done if the repair job can be done with 100 % functional ability.

Q: What about the dog or cat over-eating?

A: I have found that when the feeder is first introduced the dog will over-eat for about two or three days. Once they realize the food is available when needed, they only consume when they are hungry. The dog will maintain a nice body structure all on there own. On rare occasion I have had some dogs over-eat, but that is rare.

Q: What about the food spoilage?

A: I fill my feeders once a week with fresh food. Never had a spoiling problem. The feeder is weatherproof, due to the swinging front door.

Q: How does the feeder work with two dogs that are kenneled together?

A: Wonderfully !! When kenneling two dogs together, I usually find one that is food dominate. The dogs fight over food if not supervised constantly during feeding times. The automatic feeder eliminates problem.

Q: What about dogs that spill there food all over the kennel or floor?

A: Again, that problem is eliminated with the automatic feeder.

Q: What about dogs that chew?

A: The feeder is made of heavy gauge galvanized metal. The feeder is extremely chew resistant.

Q: What about maintenance?

A: Little to no maintenance needed. If I see any rust starting, I clean and spray with a quality galvanized paint.

Prior to refund all items must be returned within (7) business days in its original packaging and unused. All items MUST be inspected asap upon arrival. If an item is damage due to shippment please notify us immediately. We will take all reasonable, and necessary steps to make our customers satisified.
